If you have a prescription...

The Dispensary of Hope offers two ways for you to get affordable access to the medications you need:

1.  Contact Your Local Access Site

At the access site, you can receive a 30-day fill of select medications and enroll in our Continued Access Program for long-term access.

Note:  Access sites with a  * indicates a pharmacy that may be able to fill your prescription.  All other access sites are clinics which can only fill prescription for patients under their care. 

2.  Enroll Directly

Enroll directly into our Continued Access Program for long-term access by mailing us your completed Enrollment Packet.

If you need medicine, but don't have a prescription...
