Faith Family is a non-profit faith based primary care clinic serving the working uninsured and their families in the Nashville area. Patients are valued physically, emotionally, and spiritually and offered holistic care. 

Services include primary care; lab testing; physical therapy; individual and family counseling; and referrals to imaging centers for reduced cost X-Rays, CAT scans, and MRIs. Services cost from $15 to $40 based on income and dependents.
