Quarterly Numbers Due 1/10/14

December 31st marks the end of the fourth quarter – YOU MADE IT!! With the holidays well under way, we just wanted to send you a little reminder that it’s almost time to report your quarterly numbers (October, November, December). We want to be sure to get precise counts, so please send your numbers only AFTER you’ve seen your last patient for the year.

To jog your memory, here’s what we’ll need:

  • The number of patients who received DoH meds during the quarter
  • The number of prescription fills given during the quarter (DoH meds only)

REMEMBER: We don’t need any patient demographics, names, etc. – just the numbers. Also, don’t worry about formatting your numbers into a report. A simple response with your numbers is perfectly fine. The accuracy of these numbers is essential to solidifying the relationships we have with manufacturers so that they continue to donate medications for many years to come.

Please have your numbers in by FRIDAY, JANUARY, 10TH, 2014. If you have questions, feel free to ask us!

Happy Holidays and if we don’t speak with you before, Happy New Year!
